Terms of use and disclaimer
What SeatStow is, what it is not, and where responsibility sits between us and the centre using it.

Using the product
Creating an account means accepting these terms. Keep your password to yourself, and do not share one account between people who should be separate; the product has staff accounts for that.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has reached it, tell us and change your password.
What the software is not
SeatStow is a record-keeping and operations tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and nothing it displays should be treated as such.
It calculates totals, discounts, tax and pending amounts from the numbers and tax rates you enter. Those calculations are only as correct as the inputs, and choosing the right tax treatment, issuing a compliant invoice and filing returns remain yours. Check figures before you rely on them.
It is not a learning platform, and it does not process payments. Money recorded in the app is a note about a payment your centre collected elsewhere.
Your data and your members
The records you enter about your members are yours. You decide what goes in. You are responsible for having the right to collect it, for telling your members what you do with it, and for obtaining consent where the law requires it, including from a parent or guardian for a minor.
Do not use the product to store anything you have no business holding, and do not use it to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you.
Availability
We want the product up and fast, and we do not promise a specific uptime. It depends on infrastructure we do not own, and it will occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
SeatStow is early and under active development. Features will change, and some will change in ways that are not backwards compatible. Where a change affects work you have already done, we will say so.
Keep your own exports of anything you cannot afford to lose. We take care with your data, and that is still the sensible habit.
Liability
The product is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost data, arising from using it or being unable to use it.
Nothing here removes a right you have under Indian law that cannot be signed away.
Ending it
Stop whenever you like. Ask us and we will close the workspace and delete its data.
We may suspend an account that is being used to break the law, to harm someone, or in a way that threatens the service for everyone else. Where circumstances allow, we will explain why first.
